Клиентский сервис по встрече и обслуживанию гостей, решению их проблем. Отель 4 звезды (объективно — очень респектабельный), представляет собой группу одноэтажных вилл с бассейнами, формат всего резорта — clothing optional («одежда не обязательна»).

Требования: опыт аналогичной работы не менее 1 года.

Обязанности:
— Ongoing business development
— Oversees the operation of the all property departments
— Extends professionalism and courtesy to employees at all times
— Supervision of floor during operation
— Insure that service personnel follow service scenario
— Check-in/out hotel guests courteously and efficiently; process all payments and billing
— Handle all complaints to the guests’ satisfaction
— Maintain a consistently smooth running operation
— Service staff on duty as scheduled
— Ensure that all side-work is complete
— Set up continental breakfast in the morning
— Monitor guest satisfaction and comments regarding the resort
— During service, constantly inspect grounds, tabletops, side-stations and tray stands.
— Making sure all equipment is in good condition and clean
— All lights and music adjusted appropriately
— Contribute to the profitability of the resort through cost control effectiveness.
— Promoting and marketing the business
— Meeting and greeting hotel guests
— Carrying out inspections of property and services
— Ensuring compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations
— Addressing problems and troubleshooting
— Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
— Deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
