— Graduation and certificate of completion or diploma from an approved training program that is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP), the Commission for the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES) or a medical assisting program accredited by any accrediting agency recognized by the United States Department of Education or the Armed Forces of the United States and provide documentation of that completion.
— Upon successful completion of hiring process and acceptance of offer of employment, submission of an application to Arizona Naturopathic Medical Board as described in section 32-1524.
— Familiarity and/or openness regarding naturopathic medicine as a healthcare model.
— Current CPR certification.
— Highly organized self-starter with excellent problem solving skills.
— Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities while maintaining a positive attitude.
— Strong verbal and written communication skills.
— Proven ability to work collaboratively and take direction.
— Detail oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
— Ability to assess organizational needs and establish priorities.
— Ability to perform with high standards in customer service.
— Good interpersonal skills in dealing with a variety of people.
— Professional and/or volunteer experience working with people living with HIV/AIDS, mental illness, substance abuse, homelessness or domestic violence (preferred).
— Demonstrate an ability to relate to people living with HIV/AIDS, members of the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender communities as well as individuals from other diverse sociocultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.
— Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and EHR software.
— Ability to work early evenings (minimum of 2 evenings per week).
